1. Acceptance
By accessing or using fl1p.club ("fl1p", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
fl1p is an invitation-reviewed network for online business operators. Account approval is human-reviewed. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the community standards: no fabricated metrics, no parasitic toxicity, no NDA breaches, no leaked deal information, no doxxing, no spam.
4. Marketplace transactions
fl1p facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers of online businesses. Transactions are between users; fl1p is not a party to the underlying sale. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant fl1p a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
6. Sponsored content
Community moderators may run sponsored cards within their communities. All advertising is subject to the ad policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community standards. No appeals · human-curated network.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
