Built a web app that lets you create custom notebook page layouts by dragging and dropping graphical widgets — grids, dot patterns, lined sections, habit trackers, calendars. Then print on demand or export PDF.

The product is 80% done on the frontend. No backend yet. Haven't found PMF.

Use cases I think are interesting: - Custom educational materials (teachers designing worksheets) - Bullet journal community (massive and underserved) - Corporate branded notebooks

I need someone who can help figure out: who exactly is the customer, how do we reach them, and should this be SaaS or a standalone app?

I own a web property with a few thousand passionate members — it's a photo sharing community for a specific subject with moderation, community ratings, curated collections. Think of it as a vertical Instagram for one niche.

My vision: turn this into a platform that lets anyone create this kind of focused photo community. WordPress for photo communities. The template exists (my site), the community model is proven, I just need someone who can build the platform.

Looking for: full-stack developer who can also think about product, OR a designer who can handle product and work with a remote dev team. I'll fund initial development.

Building accessible ML kits — hardware sensors + browser-based training interface that lets anyone build and deploy a model without writing code. Think: a teacher can train a plant disease detector by taking 50 photos, or a small factory can build a defect detector on their production line.

What I have: working prototypes, a model zoo with 30+ pretrained models, and a beta training interface.

What I need: someone who understands education or manufacturing markets and can figure out distribution. I'm 100% the technical person — I need someone who's 100% the customer person.

This is early stage. No revenue yet. But the response from beta users has been genuinely exciting — a school in Mumbai is using the prototype to teach 200 students ML concepts.

Just shipped the first version — a booking platform for music practice rooms and studios. Musicians browse, book, pay. Studio owners list their spaces and manage availability.

Web app is live. The product works. What I don't have is a way to get studio owners onboard at scale. Cold outreach is slow and I'm an engineer, not a salesperson.

Looking for someone with: - Sales/BD experience (ideally marketplace or music industry) - Willingness to grind through the chicken-and-egg problem - Enough product sense to help prioritize features

The idea came from camping with no cell signal but SMS still worked. Built a platform where you define commands that invoke REST APIs over text message. Think: text "STATUS" to check your server, text "DEPLOY staging" to trigger a pipeline.

MVP is ~90% done. React frontend, Node backend, PostgreSQL. Integrated with Twilio for SMS handling.

Use cases I see: IoT monitoring, devops on the go, field workers with bad connectivity, emergency systems.

Looking for someone US-based who finds this interesting and wants to help figure out distribution + pricing. Technical or non-technical — I just need someone who'll obsess over this with me.

Been building an open-source platform for urban transit planning for ~2.5 years. We model bike networks, bus routes, low-traffic neighborhoods, congestion zones. Growing academic community, 2k GitHub stars.

The problem: I'm an engineer and I've been terrible at getting advocacy groups and transit agencies to actually use this. Need someone who can own the business and PM side — outreach, partnerships, monetization strategy.

Big caveat: project stays open source. I know that makes monetization harder but it's non-negotiable. Thinking consulting/enterprise support model.

Ideal cofounder: experience in B2G sales, urban planning, or civic tech. Someone who can talk to city officials without their eyes glazing over.
